reservations
Every effort will be made to accomodate your requested scheduling time. We do suggest, however, you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the Salon/Spa, so there are no disappointments. Multiple services must be reserved with a credit card.
day of your appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment (salon services included) to make preparations for your treatment. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time.
late arrivals
If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled client. The full fee for your service will be charged.
cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify our staff within 8 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Any client giving less than 8 hours notice will be charged the full fee of service reserved. Payable before rescheduling next appointment.
for your comfort
We offer a relaxing, soothing and stress free environment, so we please ask that you do not bring your children unless they are receiving a service. Also, we kindly ask that you refrain from using your cell phone/pager while receiving any of our services. This will allow you to fully experience the benefits of your treatment as well as provide a relaxing environment for our other clients.
refunds/returns
No cash refunds are given. Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days for exchange.
credit cards
We honor Visa and Mastercard. However, we do not allow adding gratuities to your card.

All products used in our services are available to purchase for continued home use.
spa facilities rental
Ask us about customized group packages and/or renting the entire facility for your special event.
